- Election of Chairman and Secretary
Mr Archer was elected as Chairman and and Mr Bullen as Secretary for the meeting.
- Election of members of Committee
The Chairman suggested that both candidates for the committee be appointed and this was formerly proposed by Philip Hugell and seconded by Christopher Daws, the meeting then agreeing unanimously. Marie Bayliss and Andrew Male have therefore become committee members.
Gerald Baines proposed and Peter Reeve seconded the proposition that Bob Beatty should be re-elected and this was also agreed.
